RETURNS & CANCELLATION
We want your experience at Why Not to be great. Our goal is to make product returns easy and hassle-free. If the purchase arrive faulty, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We will try our best to resolve the issue. Exchanges are considered depending on the circumstances but no refunds can be made.
For shipment without tracking number, we cannot guarantee that the arrival of your package and cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
1) Custom orders/personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
2) Any complaint should be made within 7 days after initial shipment
3) Return shipping fees are in the responsibility of the buyer, unless it is an error been made on our part.
If you would like to cancel any paid order, please note that there will be no refund. This is because once payment goes through, we would initiate the remake process. Note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.
